The sub-state agenda of Argentine-Chinese relations. The transnational management of the Argentine provinces during MacriâEUR(TM)s administration
The article proposes to analyze the relationship between Argentina and China from the perspective of the sub-state actor, specifically, from the perspective of the Argentine provinces. The study addresses the main themes that make up the sub-state agenda of Argentine-Chinese relations. The objective is to characterize the transnational management of the provinces with respect to China and see if it tends to improve conditions for the sub-state development.
