Su ubicación estratêgica en el Plata por siglos despierta interês internacional en esta región, como fueron las instalaciones de las Reducciones Jesuítico-Guaraníes; Guerra de Paraguay y Construcción del Puente de la Integración. El texto problematiza cómo las políticas y acuerdos de cooperación internacional vienen contribuyendo a la gobernanza cultural y educativa en las ciudades gemelas citadas. Para ello se analizaron el Convenio de cooperación IPHAN (Instituto de Patrimonio Histórico y Artístico Nacional / Brasil) para el estudio en la región de las Misiones Jesuítico-Guaraníes y el 1º Comitê de Integración fronteriza San Borja- Brasil / Santo Tomê-Argentina. Therefore, are specific goals: analyze what international treaties provide about biopiracy and genetic resources; evaluate the draft of the treaty on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity in areas beyond the national jurisdiction under discussion; and identify whether the mechanisms of internationl protection have been sufficient to enrich the exchange of knowledge and favor the scientific progress of humanity as a whole. We seek to register in the course of the work, the relevance of this ecological movement in the period of redemocratization of Brazil. For this, were turn to the strength of the word's meaning that named the movement âEURoeQuarup Adeus Sete QuedasâEUR, our focus, which originally represents an indigenous ritual of life and death, and which under these assumptions, influenced many manifestations. Thus assisting the adoption of measures and the implementation of long-termplans, programs and projects that neutralize or minimize the impact that these events may have on institutions, companies and countries. At the potentially catastrophic level, it is very common for pandemics to be analyzed by scenario analysis tools. Through a case study, understanding how the virus spread in China and how it became a pandemic and analyzing in detail the Chinese government's mistakes and successes since the first patient infected with the Coronavirus were hospitalized, will offer relevant inputs for the reviews of future defense scenarios in Brazil and will assist decision-making processes that include training in security and biological defense, the creation of contingency plans, national epidemic crisis response programs and emergency funds to combat pandemics.</p> 2020-08-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) http://revistaintellector.cenegri.org.br/index.php/intellector/article/view/332 Political Geography and Geopolitics in the light of an integrative review 2020-08-30T22:36:54+00:00 Marcos de Lima Gomes Gomes mlgmarcos@hotmail.com Elói Martins Senhoras Senhoras eloisenhoras@gmail.com <p>The fields of studies on Political Geography and Geopolitics have been structured in the long duration since the 19th century up to the present day permeated by different. Due to this reason, understanding the profile of contemporary discussions turns out to be essential for a better comprehension about the construction of scientific knowledge in an era of complexity. Taking as a reference the fields of scientific research in Political Geography and Geopolitics, this article aims to perform a systematic study in three languages - English; Spanish and Portuguese in the period between 1980s up to 2020 through an integrative review methodological framework. It is concluded based on the results presented in this research the existence of an eclectic profile of scientific productions and an ambiguous use regarding the concepts of Political Geography and Geopolitics as well as this latter one being prevalent in the speeches.</p> 2020-08-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c)
